Not being imprisoned or enslaved is another definition of freedom. The two concepts explaining freedom include the following. One is negative freedom, which pertains to the interference of individuals’ lives. It is determined by the number of choices available to the individual. On the other hand, positive freedom relates to the concept that allows an individual to do something without interference in others’ lives.
