This research evaluates the diverse techniques and impacts of conflict resolution. Conflict resolution is a way of finding a peaceful co-existence between two disagreeing parties. Therefore, for conflict resolution to exist, there must be a conflict. There exist various conflict resolution techniques to address different conflicts. First is arbitration, whereby a third party, an arbitrator, is invited to solve the conflict. Secondly, negotiation whereby the two parties arrive at a peaceful resolution on their own. Thirdly, postponement in which the conflict is set for solving later. Also, total surrender whereby one party lets the other party win is a conflict resolution technique.
