This research paper studies the impact of the adoption of e-government services in Saudi Arabia. Saudi’s e-government Program” Yesser” supports the change that comes with the implementation of e-government transactions projects. For Instance, these include Yesser initiatives, products, and objectives. Also, the Saudi Government firmly believes in the enormous benefits the e-Government project will have on the national economy. Additionally, digital transformation in Saudi Arabia involves a plan for offering government services and transactions electronically. Lastly, it will enhance the transformation to an information society. Its long-term success is achievable with comprehensive collaboration and concerted effort.

The government of Saudi Arabia places great importance on the digital transformation in Saudi Arabia. The e-Government Program goals mainly entail raising the productivity and efficiency of the public sector. It also aims to provide better services to individuals, businesses, and more efficiently, as well as increasing investment returns.
