This paper provides an analysis of sexual risk behavior among HIV positive people. The high rate of sexual activities among HIV positive persons puts other people at risk of contracting the virus. HIV positive people also risk contracting sexually transmitted infections. Most unsafe sexual practices among HIV patients are performed by men who have sex with men. The youth being more sexually active are exposed to these risks. Thus, the risks bring about the need for an integrated HIV prevention routine in medical centers.

STIGMA HARM PREVENTION FOR HIV POSITIVE PEOPLE
Stigma harm prevention measures are put in place for HIV positive people in medical centers. These measures first educate the community on sexual risk behavior with infected persons. Recognition of stigma on these patients assists medical personnel to curb its effect. Additionally, responding to the needs of stigmatized populations reduces its harm. Also, educating health workers on reducing stigma among people helps come up with integrated HIV prevention measures to reduce the spread of the virus. Therefore, expansion of antiretroviral therapy gives HIV positive people the strength to fight stigma.

FACTORS ASSOCIATED WITH SEXUAL RISK BEHAVIOUR
Sexual risk behavior is associated with several factors. Having several sexual partners puts people at risk of contracting HIV. Alcohol consumption also triggers engagement in irresponsible sexual behavior among the youth. Also, HIV positive people who engage in these activities risk spreading the virus to other people. The young students who aren’t connected to their parents engage in these risky activities. All these factors call for an integrated HIV prevention system, especially for the youth.
