HEALTHCARE STATE FOR UNITED STATES UNDOCUMENTED IMMIGRANTS
Research shows that the United States undocumented immigrants use emergency departments less. This is since they lack primary healthcare. Besides, the prolonged periods without primary care often results in decompensated states of manageable chronic diseases. Additionally, the cost of emergency department management for these individuals is higher than that of the Native Americans. This often leads to the increased death rates of immigrants. Moreover, most of them are deprived the civil rights therefore they lack enough money to cater to their hospital needs. Nevertheless, most of them acquire their medical care from safety-net organizations such as free clinics, academic medical centers, and community health centers which do not provide the best healthcare quality for them

THE CIVIL RIGHTS FOR ILLEGAL IMMIGRANTS BEFORE DEPORTATION
The U.S. Supreme Court guarantees that the civil rights apply to every person within the borders including those who entered the country unlawfully. Since immigrants don’t have the right to enter the U.S., those who enter the country illegally are subject to deportation. However, before the United States undocumented immigrants face deportation, they have a few rights which include the following. They have a right to a hearing before an immigration judge in a federal court. Also, they have a right to representation by a lawyer. However, this is not at the government’s expense. Additionally, they have a right to content interpretation in cases where they have a problem in understanding English. Lastly, they have a right to clear and convincing proof that the government’s grounds for deportation are valid.
